Seraphim Communications ships all product by UPS to street addresses only. If you need faster delivery, simply call our toll free number and indicate to the product specialist your shipping needs. Please note that costs all faster delivery will be added to your invoice. Should you have trouble receiving your package, simply let us know and we can track it for you to ensure delivery.
Seraphim Communications understands that sometimes a product ordered is not always what you expect. We allow a 15-day worry-free return policy. Please send the material back with a copy of your packing list or order information and the reason for the return. Your credit card will be credited for the amount of the product, minus the cost of shipping. Please allow 3 weeks for return credit to be processed to your credit card. Please allow 4 weeks for a refund check to be processed. If the materials are defective or damaged whether by manufacture or shipping, please call our toll free number (800.733.3413) and we will be happy to ship you new product or refund your money.
